You are considered an international student if you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. Admission is competitive and applicants are expected to have above-average secondary/high school records. You must submit Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT-I) or American College Testing (ACT) scores, as well as TOEFL or SAT-II ELPT scores if you are a student for whom English is a second language.
